For Immediate Release – Apache Stainless, a leading manufacturer of highly critical stainless OEM equipment, is proud to announce the expansion of its manufacturing space by an additional 40,000 square feet, bringing the total production facility to over 200,000 square feet.
This expansion is designed to optimize material flow, from incoming materials through fabrication, welding, assembly, and finishing. The new area features multiple bay and dock doors and a new shipping and receiving office to aid in the new material flow patterns.
With this expansion plan, we are better able to utilize our existing capacity 10-ton cranes, allowing extreme loads by using multiple 10-ton cranes in tandem.
The additional production space also houses the latest technology, including the Messer Laser, an advanced optic, high-speed cutting machine that significantly improves efficiency and quality. This state-of-the-art equipment underscores Apache Stainless’s commitment to leveraging advanced technology to deliver superior products.
“Material flow and the expansion are crucial to our business, where a tank project also can be up to 160 feet long and weigh in excess of 70,000 pounds,” said Brian Hein-Beardsley, Director of Operations.
