Apache is among the largest employers in manufacturing in the greater Beaver Dam area. Inside our walls, we work hard alongside friendly faces in all areas of the business.
Employee excitement and energy comes from our culture that is created from the ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Program) benefit.
Our steady growth and long-time retirees continues to produce jobs for skilled trades people, engineers and many technical and administration positions.
I started at Apache as a teenage welder and now I have been here for 20 years. My overall experience here has been very positive, and I feel very lucky to be able to work with such great people.
Owner Accountability means striving to do the best we can to make our customers happy, because we know that’s what keeps us going.
Every day I come to work, I try to make a better weld and improve my metal finishing jobs. I have found a job that challenges me and I get to use my artistic abilities and my interest in science.

Some of the Apache story is outside our walls. It is very exciting when employees take our Apache spirit one step further out into their communities. Volunteerism helps our communities to grow and helps to build a place where we are happy to live and work.
We Support Volunteers
If you are a volunteer for an official 501 (c) (3) organization in Dodge County or where you live, let us know how we can help and we would like to share that story, too!
Ways we have helped non-profit organizations:
We Celebrate Ambassadors.
You might be on a board or a committee, you might be a firefighter or you might be a champion of a community event. We encourage employee-owners to share your role with the rest of the company. Your involvement might spark something to promote employee engagement to build relationships in the community and awareness of civic duty and volunteerism.
